Launching our residency is a return engagement that will make the grass greener! Award-winning violinist Arnaud Sussmann joins forces again with cellist David Finckel and pianist Wu Han – who are co-directors of both CMS and Music@Menlo and among the most influential classical musicians in the world. The program includes celebrated trio performing works by Haydn, Shostakovich, and Mendelssohn. Wu Han will be delighted to perform on our new Steinway!

Throughout history, the trio ensemble has offered a unique canvas for composers to explore remarkable musical range, inventive textures, and vivid tonal colors. These qualities shine brilliantly in Haydn’s beloved Trio in E Major and the powerful trios by Shostakovich and Mendelssohn, featured in a program thoughtfully crafted for InConcert Sierra's audiences and performed by three of the finest virtuosos in chamber music today.

We're thrilled to present our first concert of the Chamber Music of Lincoln Center Residency Series! InConcert is one of twelve CMS residencies in the country - and the only CMS residency in California!
