Concert and Ticketing Policies and Guidelines:
TICKETING PURCHASING POLICY:Individual concert tickets and season subscriptions may be purchased in a variety of ways:
- Online Orders - both individual and season tickets
- Phone-in orders: make a request via (530) 273-3990
- At the door at concerts
- Mail-in orders or detailed letter describing your purchase
All tickets must be paid for at the time of the order - we are unable to hold seats without payment.
Complimentary passes must reserve seats in advance. Passes are only valid for specific season performances.
TICKETING REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY:
All ticket purchases are final – exceptions may apply. There are no refunds (see sold out concerts for exceptions). Exchanges are only available to Presto Level Donors ($500+) and above.
For sold-out concerts, only donors at the member level ($100+) and season ticket holders are eligible for a discounted refund if there is a waiting list. Due to upfront ticketing system and credit card fees, we are unable to refund the full amount and will retain up to $20 of the ticket cost.
If a performance is to be canceled due to weather conditions or other extraordinary circumstances, the website will be updated, it will be posted on Facebook, and the media will be notified. Patrons can also call 530-273-3990 to check if a performance has been canceled.
If a concert is canceled for any reason, we will either reschedule the concert, accommodate you at another concert, provide tickets for the following season, or give you a receipt for a tax-deductible donation. Thank you for understanding that if a concert is canceled, many expenses have already been incurred and we may not refund the entire amount of your ticket.
Ticket Donations/Unused Tickets: Unused tickets may be donated to InConcert Sierra for a tax-deductible contribution up to one week prior to the performance. Unused tickets that are returned after the performance are not eligible for a tax-deductible contribution. To receive a tax-deductible receipt, please call the office at 530-273-3990.
CONCERTS:
We currently have general seating available at our main concerts at the SDA church.
Reserved seating is limited to donors at a certain level, concert sponsors, press, or special circumstances as defined by the InConcert Board of Directors and the Executive and/or Artistic Director. We apologize for any inconvenience as our concerts are general seating unless otherwise specified.
Seats for reserved seating and/or reserved parking patrons are only held if a ticket has been purchased. If you do not have a ticket, we do not hold your parking spot or seat. All seats must be paid for in advance to be reserved (for patrons of $2500+ annually.) Reserved seats and/or parking will be held until 5 minutes prior to show time at which time they may be released to other patrons.
Latecomers are asked to wait to come into the hall until the ushers allow them access. At that time, we ask latecomers to sit in the back or off to the sides of the concert site until intermission.
All venues are non-smoking.
No photography of any kind is permitted unless pre-authorized.
Audio/Video Cameras, use of cellphones, videotaping or live audio recordings are not permitted – unless pre-authorized.
We do not allow solicitations of any kind at our performances unless pre-authorized by the InConcert Sierra office. Any flyers left without authorization will be removed.
We do not allow audience members backstage unless authorized by the performer/s.
Shoes and appropriate attire must be worn at all performances.
Program changes: Repertoire or artists are subject to change.
